1. Custom & Personalized Items
Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, all custom orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

Sale or clearance items
Please double-check sizes, colors, spelling, and design details before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Defective

Incorrect
You must contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery.

3. Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)
If we offer non-custom items, they may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

Item is unused

Item is unworn
-
Item is in original packaging

Item is in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
If approved:

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After production has started, cancellations are not allowed.
