1. Processing Time
Because many of our items are custom-made, please allow:

7-15 business days for processing custom orders

1–3 business days for ready-to-ship items
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Vonda Creations is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays caused by address errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Vonda Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist when possible.
6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders:
